East Coast Chic (ECC) began as a fashion blog in 2010. I created ECC because the diversity of style on the East Coast is inspirational and endless. ECC allows me to share my favorite fashion thoughts and spots from my headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as other trend setting states along the East Coast and beyond.
While bringing readers new knowledge about the industry, I have also expanded my own fashion focus. Learning the significance of green fashion in our world today has truly impacted and inspired me. ECC’s take on being eco-chic is to reuse and recycle clothing from the past. With that, I was so excited to announce the opening of East Coast Chic Boutique in February 2012. ECC Boutique carries a variety of vintage and other must-have fashions via an online boutique.
The idea behind ECC Boutique is to make sustainable styles accessible and affordable while teaching the importance of knowing what you are wearing. ECC believes vintage is the best way to build your wardrobe because of the eclectic style and significant story it brings to any closet.
I believe style is ever evolving. However, evolution is not easy on your own. ECC blog and boutique is a forward fashion resource whether you are looking for simple style suggestions or a meaningful make-over.
