Bill Cunningham is a photographer and writer for the New York Times Style section whose columns include On the Street and Evening Hours. He photographs all New York fashion from its superior street style to high society subjects like editor-in-chief of Vogue Anna Wintour, Brook Astor and David Rockefeller. The film follows his simple life that is so opposite of the many elite events and opulent outfits that he documents. Bill’s main form of transportation is his old school bicycle that allows him to travel the city streets and capture the magic of New York’s many fashion mavens.
