Fashion’s Night Out: Designer Discount Stores Participating

Fall Fashion Week start s this week and it kicks off with the 2nd annual Fashion’s Night Out on Friday, September 10, 2010 presented by Vogue. Fashion’s Night Out is a worldwide party to celebrate fashion and where better to celebrate than in the fashion capitol New York City, which is where I’ll be! In my last two posts about where to shop and who to see during FNO I mentioned awesome events at affordable retailers and two reality style stars (Rachel Zoe and Tim Gunn) that will be on location to provide fans and shoppers with fashion tips and tricks. Here are some additional spots you should not miss on any shopping trip to the big apple, but especially not during FNO. You are sure to save even more than normal if you visit these designer discount department stores:

Daffy’s (All Locations)

Visit any of Daffy’s Manhattan or surrounding borough locations and save even more than usual! Check out the window displays and expect to save with a special treat. Find accessories, clothing and shoes at unbelievable prices!

Loehmann’s (All Locations)

Starting at 5pm Loehmann’s is holding a back room happy hour! The back room is filled with items by discount pieces from top designers like Dolce & Gabbana, Valentino and many more. These famous fashions are up to 65% less than at regular department stores!

These are two favorites for sale styles and there are enough locations to make either or both stores a convenient stop on your FNO route. Remember to do your research on FNO’s website to see all events and participating retailers and plan your itinerary through the chic streets of NYC!
