Lucky Shops 2010 is the shopping event of the year! Lucky Magazine‘s annual shopping extravaganza is this week in NYC. Lucky Shops 2010 starts Friday, November 5 and goes through Saturday, November 6. Be sure to get your ticket in advance at luckyshops.com in order to be the first to dig into the major designer discounts!
Tickets can be purchase online and Friday General Admission (12-8pm) is ONLY $35! To get in an hour earlier, get the Friday Preview Pass (11am-8pm) for $40 (only $5 more than general admission and totally worth it). Friday is, of course, your best bet to find bargains since the inventory won’t yet be picked over, but you can also get the Saturday Shop-A-Thon pass for only $30 (11am-5pm). Finally, for those of you who can’t get enough, there is the Savvy Shopper 2-Day Pass. This is practically nothing for a day or two of shopping filled with cocktails, music, and more.
You will find top brand and designer names marked down to prices us frugal females can appreciate. This is one of those times when it may be good to spend a bit more if you find a quality, staple piece. Remember to wear some comfortable and easy to try clothing on wherever you are.
For those of you in DC, I know it is short notice, but I suggested taking Friday off (or even just go for Saturday), hop on the bus to NYC and shopping ‘til you can shop no more! For those of you in NYC, you have no excuse not to go!
