Sign up for Store Emails to Receive Big Savings

Most people find it annoying when making a purchase and the sales associate asks if they want to receive store emails, but getting these email updates can actually save money. Create an email account specifically for receiving emails from all of your favorite stores. By having a special email for this reason, you can sign up to receive emails from as many places as you wish. It will be less annoying if your personal emails do not get mixed up with your shopping mail. Periodically sort through to find which stores are having fabulous sales for the upcoming weekend. This practice can definitely save money, but can also save time. By paying attention to these emails you will be able to see who is having a sale and when. This way, if you do not like to shop for the pure enjoyment of shopping, you will not have to go to a store just to leave empty handed.

Another easy way to save is to keep coupons you receive from your favorite stores in the mail. You may not need (or want) anything from that specific store when you receive the coupon, but they usually last a month or more, some are even for upcoming months and new seasons. Get a small envelope and keep all of the coupons in your purse, so they are with you at all times. This is definitely an effortless way to save.
