Warm Ways to Wear Sparkle on New Year’s Eve

New Year’s Eve is a special night and deserves a special ensemble.  While you want to wear the sexy sparkly dress, it may be too cold in some locals.  But there is more than one way to sport sparkle and stay comfortable while out all night.  Being that New Year’s is just days away, here are several options from our favorite fashion chains that are affordable, memorable and, best of all, warm:

A scarf is meant to keep you warm, so this sequin scarf from JCPenney’s is the perfect way to add a splash of sparkle to a classy New Year’s Eve look.  In black or white it can go anywhere and will go with anything.  If you can’t decide which color, go ahead and buy one of each because it is only $14.99!

This beautiful butterfly sequin top from Forever 21 would normally be too loud for me, but I will make an exception for New Year’s Eve.  Wear this standout top over a toned down black turtleneck to create a super chic look.  While you may not wear it often, that is fine because it is only $22.80.

These sequin booties from Express are nothing less than fabulous and can be worn with tights or skinny jeans on the big night.  At $79.99, they are a little more spendy than the other sparkly options on this list, but these booties can be worn all year round and for years to come.

New York and Company has several sequin pieces you can wear for New Year’s Eve and into the New Year.  Some favorites include a gold sequin pencil skirt, fitted button up sequin sweater, black sequin stripe tights and other sequin accessories like scarfs and wristlets.  All of these are simple and simply perfect for all season and some even into summer.  Oh…and all under $25!
